Extremely disappointed with the service department and how they handled my 2024 Buick Encore GX. I brought my vehicle in on 8/25 with my complaint correctly documented as a humming noise around 60 mph that stopped when shifting from Drive into Low. They later changed my complaint to “tires making a thumping noise,” which I never reported. I was told the noise was caused by my tires, but they refused to explain how the tires could cause this noise or provide any reasoning to support that diagnosis. They also refused to properly diagnose the problem and told me GM could not diagnose it. I got my vehicle back on 9/11 and took it to another GM dealership on 9/14. I am now waiting to get it back on 10/7 because it needs a new transmission. I brought the vehicle in with around 35,500 miles and got it back with roughly 35,700 miles. Since the bumper-to-bumper warranty ends at 36,000 miles, we almost got stuck paying for a transmission that should have been covered because this service department failed to diagnose the problem. This is our daily driver, and this has been a long and frustrating process. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, but because of how the service department handled this situation, we will never return for service or purchase another vehicle from Pilsons

The employee facing employees and technicians are polite, friendly and very helpful. They took care of of our vehicle quickly and did a thorough inspection. I would recommend this service center without hesitation.

I think since Pilson has taken over the dealership the service and overall atmosphere of the dealership has greatly declined.

Everyone is very friendly. They listen to me and they don’t try to pressure me into adding onto my regular oil change. They always informed me of everything and give me the choice.
