Explained repairs needed at the time, upfront on the estimated cost, was courteous and professional at the service department.

I spoke with Randall Klein on the phone. Several times we basically had a pretty good understanding on what I wanted, and I drove down there to check the vehicle out and I like the vehicle then we sit down and figure it out all the finances

My check engine light was on and I stopped in at the Pilson Dealership and they got me right in with no waiting. They found an EPA sensor was plugged and they cleaned it and everything was alright. I got great service like I always do and I can't ask for anything better than that. I am 100% satisfied with their associates and service!

Everyone is very friendly and so willing to help if needed. !I'm quite pleased !

there were a couple bumps but everything got worked out & I'm totally satisfied with the results & would recommend to anybody to do business with Pilson
